Custom Designed Lease- We work with our clients to provide a Salon Suite and Lease to fit their needs. Some of the highlights include:

  • Water, gas and electric are covered in monthly rental fee.

  • You have keys to front door and suite. You set your own hours.

  • Normal first month’s rent and security deposit due at the time of signing the lease.

  • 6 month and 1 year leases available.

  • Security Deposit $750

  • Chair sharing, no problem.

Upon availability with a signed lease and a security deposit, a suite may be reserved up to 35 days in advance of lease start date. Print and fill out the handy wait list lease form, give us a call to set up an appointment. ►

Due to the communal nature of the salon suite business, that is many separate businesses operating under one roof, Suite Properties LLC, d/b/a InStyle Salon & Spa Suites reserves the right  to discover and consider:

  • Criminal background check
  • Credit history check(s)
  • Years in industry
  • Number of clients
  • Monthly sales estimate
  • Where is your client base located?
  • In the past have you ever owned your own salon, rented a suite, chair rented, worked on commission or worked hourly?
    • If so, when, and how long?
  • Personal references
  • Professional references
  • How long do you plan on staying in beauty industry?
  • How long do you plan on renting suite?

This gathered information WILL be used to determine eligibility to rent from Suite Properties, LLC.  All information gathered will not under any circumstances be shared with any third party.
